Origin[]
One of Cui Bai's (1050 - 1080) lesser known paintings Winter Koi was painted for Emperor Shenzong of Song's twenty second birthday. Bai's paintings were praised for their visual style however the artist himself wasn't as popular. The rest of his life is relatively unknown with historians guessing that originally there were two hundred paintings in the imperial collection. A massive storm caused that section of the imperial palace to flood underwater destroying all but three with Koi being Song's favorite.
Effects[]
When the painting is touched the person's lungs fill with water, it has been suggested that it feels like being water boarded. If held against the painting for five minutes simulation becomes real life and the victim dies from drowning.
