The origin of the artifact is unknown to Mr. Kipling and the warehouse

Mr. Stall managed to retrieve this artifact after using the key he received to break into a warehouse run by a mob that specialized in finding and using artifacts. He managed to take a few objects (and luckily their abilities have been found out before hand) before calling the police on the group. Now the rake resides in the warehouse.
Effects[]
If one where to hold it over their heads then bring it down like they were splitting wood, and the head of the rake hits the ground, then from that a strong gust of wind sent in the direction the head is pointing. For a few hours any leaves on the ground is instantly attracted to the user.
