Origins[]
William S. Graves was a United States general commanding soldiers in Siberia against the Bolshevik Red Army during the Russian Civil War in 1918. His troops did not help the rebels cause, although Graves took a great disliking to their leader.
Effects[]
When the user focuses their aggression into the lighter, people nearby spontaneously combust. This is especially dangerous when someone the person hates is close by.
