Origin[]

William Garrow was a British barrister and judge who helped reform the court system used by most countries today. He introduced the idea of "presumed innocent until proven guilty", insisting that defendants' accusers and their evidence be thoroughly tested in court. He quickly established himself as a criminal defense counsel and was later on elected into Parliament.

Effects[]

In the search of total unbiased truth, it can imbue objects in the environment with a simple level of sentience. Affected objects can range from individual pebbles and piles of sand to trees, rivers and buildings. They are mostly unable to voice their own opinions, but can answer facts about the past in perfect detail and truthfulness. Each subject can only be aroused to speak once; there is no known time limit, as they only stop talking when they have no more relevant information.
