Origins[]
Vladislav Volkov was a Soviet cosmonaut on the Soyuz 7 and 11 missions. On the re-opening of the Soyuz 11 module during landing, command central discovered Volkov and the other two crewmembers had died - an open valve during takeoff had vented away all the gases, setting in hypoxia where they died due to lack of oxygen.
Effects[]
When any part of it is put on, the user starts to suffocate due to it taking the person’s oxygen. If only one part of it is worn, the effects are negligible. However, wearing multiple pieces can accelerate the severity of the effects.
Collection[]
Former agents H. Miller and V. Calder collected it when they received reports of a man dying due to space exposure while on their London vacation.
