Origin[]
Mr. Stall found a rumor where the the brooch was bought by a woman who during WWII had to see her spouse go off to fight. So she handed it to him, promising him that the brooch was a token of her love and it would protect him and he would be able to come home.
Today[]
After finding out that his watch was imbued with an ability, Mr. Stall was skeptical of other objects he had bought or found, and began to research on them, finding that the brooch also had an ability too. Now it resides in the warehouse after he became an agent.

The brooch will protect the person against danger, and in the end it will cause the person to go back to whoever gave them the brooch in the first place.
