Origin[]
Vespasian was the Roman emperor who oversaw the creation of the Roman Colosseum. Among other things, he was a general during the reign of Nero and became emperor approximately a year after Nero's death, claiming the throne from Vitellus.
Effects[]
When one sits on the bisellium, it emanates waves of overpowering energy that compels those around it to follow the user and treat them as an emperor. Followers will only be able to speak Latin while affected. The user will, over time, become corrupted with the power and seek to spread their influence.
Trivia[]
- This artifact was "collected" and used by Scott during the Double Danger Arc.
