Vespasian was the Roman emperor who oversaw the creation of the Roman Colosseum. Among other things, he was a general during the reign of Nero and became emperor approximately a year after Nero's death, claiming the throne from Vitellus.
Effects[]
When one sits on the bisellium, it emanates waves of overpowering energy that compels those around it to follow the user and treat them as an emperor.
