Plot[]

Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There is the sequel to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Set six months later than the first book, Alice enters Wonderland, this time through a mirror. Told in twelve major chapters she enters the mirror into a house where living chess pieces play. Leaving she meets the Red Queen who is able to run at breakneck speed, unlike the Queen of Hearts she is represented of the Queen piece in chess. The Red Queens tells her that Alice can be a queen too if she reached the other side of the country-side, like any pawn. During her travels she meets brothers Tweedledum and Tweedledee, The Red King, The White King, Humpty Dumpty, the White King, a Lion and a unicorn and the White Knight. Making her way across the countryside she becomes a queen herself, only to be confronted by the Red and White Queens. Grabbing the Red Queen and shaking her Alice "captures" her, placing the frozen Red King into checkmate freeing him. When she wakes up Alice ponders if it was real, if anything is real or maybe it was all the dream of the frozen Red King.

Effects[]

Bifurcated Artifact with Alice in Wonderland. If separated they will fly to the other like birds. People in a five foot vicinity will be randomly assigned a chess piece and will be unable to move unless like that piece. (Queen’s move everywhere, Kings only one step at a time, Knights in a diagonal line, etc.)
