Origin[]
President Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt said the phrase "Speak softly and carry a big stick" in regards to foreign policy. The general idea is "use peaceful negotiation while simultaneously pointing out ones military strength." This idea was absorbed into a large oak branch.
Effects[]
When active, the stick encourages negotiation between fighting factions, and makes the soldiers more alert.
Collection[]
Agents St. Clair and Secord collected this artifact on one of their earlier missions.
