Origin and Effects[]
From the Grimm Fairy Tale 'The Rabbit's Bride', throwing the tail to the ground at a person's feet will transport that person to wherever the thrower's minds eye was aimed. However, the place has to be a specific location, and for three days afterwards the person who was transported and the person who initiated the transportation (if it's not the same person) will only be able to eat cabbages. The tail follows the transportation, unless it is held onto via string, which will allow the tail to stay in the location it was used at for repeated use.
