Effects[]
Emits a light with the intensity and brightness of a sunrise. Looking directly into it creates the same damage of staring directly at any other light source. Will often leave their visual field frazzled, seeing shapes of wiggly lines or buzzing dots when they open their eyes. More exposure can lead to mild headaches, but all visions disappear within a few minutes time.
Collection[]
The hat was collected when a report of a large blinding light that resembled a sunrise happened at 3am in the Redwood National and State park. Mr. Stall went out there to check it out, only to find some campers who were a little dazed from the sudden flash of light during their late night campfire. Mr. Stall was able to find the hat, and talked about it with the owner, who told him how it activated. Later on Artie speculated that the hat was probably worn when the owner had their back turned to the sunrise, and the moment was so intense the hat can now give off the same light.
