Origin[]
The bane of every restaurant goers dining experience is getting the last bit of ketchup out of a glass bottle. The traditional way to do this is to turn it upside down and smack it on the bottom. This sometimes results in a mess, but it does provide the wait staff with some free entertainment.
Effects[]
When the cap is removed, and the bottle is hit three times on the bottom of the glass an enormous cascade of Heinz ketchup will spray out of the bottle.
Collection[]
A frequent prankster, Hugo thought it was hilarious to switch this artifact with the regular ketchup found in the agent break room. The resulting mess, and a ruined pair of white pants, was the justification for banning Hugo from the break room forever. He was quoted to say, "Worth it!"
