Origin[edit | edit source]

Simon Tookoome was an Utkusiksalingmiut Inut artist and hunter who lived on King William Island. He was known to be an expert at using the bullwhip and used it to hunt caribou and wolves.

Whips, bullwhips in particular, were the first man-made item that broke the sound barrier. Amplifying this effect, this whip seems to be able to create audible tears in time.

Effects[edit | edit source]

When cracked, the whip allows sound to travel through time for a short period, allowing past events to be heard clearly in the present. After use, wildlife will become afraid of the user for a few days.
