Origin[]

Sigyn is recorded in Norse mythology as a goddess and the wife of Loki. She appears when Loki is sentenced to the torture of having snake poison dripped on his face for his various crimes and misdeeds against the fellow gods. When Sigyn has to leave Loki to drain the bowl of poison, Loki would have to face the venom and would thrash violently, causing tremors in the earth.

Effects[]

It is always filled with some kind of poison that appears to be from an extinct species of snake. When drained out, it will immediately start refilling, taking only half an hour. When it touches the skin, the person will violently tremble and shake, causing a fatal surge in blood pressure and heartbeat.

It is drained once a year to relieve it of any buildup of negative energy.
