Origin[]
From ages 0-2 years old, human children experience their greatest rate of growth in their lifetime. The second fastest growth rate occurs during adolescence. It is notoriously hard to find clothing for infants that fits, as they grow out of it very quickly.
Effects[]
Whenever someone tries to place the sweater on their infant the sweater will shrink, becoming a smaller size. He/she will be unable to place it on the child's body. When the parent gives up the sweater will return to its normal size. It will never fit anything, no matter how hard the user tries.
Collection[]
Collected by Artie after a small ping brought up from an infant clothing store commercial. When asked why he bothered to collect such a silly artifact, he just shrugged and said, "You never know."
