When the pen and sketchpad meet, the uncontrollable urge to create overwhelms the user and they suddenly start drawing a character. Once the drawing is complete, the character drawn will suddenly appear, seemingly out of nowhere and do whatever is instructed to them by their creator. The more the creation does, the more it drains the life from the creator. Normal neutralization isn't enough; the pen, sketchpad, and any used pages must be neutralized all at once. The sketch pad also seems to grow new blank pages while still retaining its same size and weight. |

These art tools were used by famous manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori and were used in the creation of his most famous works. Even after his death, his work continues to live on and grow, as if they have gain a life of their own.
Effects
When the pen and sketchpad meet, the uncontrollable urge to create overwhelms the user and they suddenly start drawing a character. Once the drawing is complete, the character drawn will suddenly appear, seemingly out of nowhere and do whatever is instructed to them by their creator. The more the creation does, the more it drains the life from the creator. Normal neutralization isn't enough; the pen, sketchpad, and any used pages must be neutralized all at once. The sketch pad also seems to grow new blank pages while still retaining its same size and weight.
