Origin[]
Scott O'Grady was a United States Air Force fighter pilot who was shot down over Bosnia by a surface to air missile in the midst of the Bosnian War. He landed in hostile territory and immediately took the survival bag from his ejection seat and ran for cover. Using his limited resources and prior knowledge, he survived off local plants and radioed for distress four days later. Within a week, Marines rescued him by helicopter, escaping enemy gunfire. When he returned home, the film “Black Hawk Down” was loosely based on his experience.
Effects[]
The ejection seat will release a small emergency bag when the cord is pulled. Inside it will be all the essential supplies a person will need to survive in the wild. The supplies will replenish, but only a week after the bag was first used. If the user is rescued by anyone, hostile forces will quickly find them and attack.
