When one places their hand within the inner circle of runes the table, the mememory of their defining moment in life or of their own choosing is projected above the table, allowing it to be viewed with full sight and sound. Multiple memories from a single person can be projected, and users are able to re-submit new memories.
Memories stored in the table are able to be recalled and viewed at a later time, even by someone other than who the memory belongs to.

The Round Table is used as the Warehouse's time capsule, preserving the defining moments of its agents before it is time to move host countries.
Its purpose has been remarked by many not only as its employees' gift to the Warehouse, but as "the Warehouse's gift" to its agents, as it reminds them of their time in and defining moment of their service.
