During 2009 most of the states around the central plains were hit by a severe ice storms, most hit was western Kentucky. A heater belonging to the grandfather of Ronald "Jeffery" Wiles was used to heat his and without it he would have certainly have perished. This heater eventually became an artifact allowing the person activating it gives warmth to the surrounding area but encases it in thick ice.
This artifact has not been collected yet and is in possession of the heater.
