Origin

Robert Falcon Scott led a team of explorers to the Antarctic regions twice. On his second trip, the Terra Nova Expedition he reached the South Pole onto to find that Roald Amundsen's Norwegian expedition had gotten there first. On his way back to base camp his team found plant fossils in the ice, but then died.

Effects

Protects users from cold and hypothermia. As long as they are worn the user will not be affected by cold, or cold causing artifacts. Once the user takes the goggles off they will see everything with a green tint until they walk 11 miles.

Collection

One of the first artifacts collected by Warehouse 13. It is kept in the Arctic section for agents to wear just in case an ice artifact is activated. While wearing the goggles, artifacts such as Alfred's Monarch Ice Skates are safe to use without fear of painful side effects.
