Origin[]
As a hit-man, Richard Leonard Kuklinski began to freeze bodies and thaw them to confuse the time of death of his victims. This freezer was used for many victims but became an artifact when an associate of Richard Kuklinski, Louis Masgay, was killed and placed in the freezer. Two years later Richard took the body out of the freezer and dumped it on a park bench, making the mistake of not letting the body thaw entirely, which became evident in an autopsy of Louis Masgay when chunks of ice were found inside of the body. It was Masgay's death that earned Richard Kuklinski the nickname "The Iceman".
Effects[]
Any organism placed in the freezer will be flash frozen, appearing to have been inside the freezer for 2 years. When thawed out and examined ice can be seen inside the body but appears to be harmless. Once removed from the freezer the organism will begin to thaw out.
Collection[]
The freezer was collected by Artie Nielsen about two to three hours after Richard Kuklinski's arrest on December 17, 1986 due to the belief that the contract killer might have created at least one artifact during his criminal career.
