Ricardo Manlio Leonidas Setaro was an Argentinian who served as deputy chief of the Latin American department of CBS Radio during World War II and maintained a covert relationship with Soviet intelligence.

This HAM Radio was used by Ricardo in the 1940s as the deputy chief of the Latin American department of CBS Radio and is imbued with his treachery.

Was mentioned in the season 4 episode "Parks and Rehabilitation".

Users are tempted to sell out people for information when the radio begins to withold information about a certain person. It becomes an obsession that the user will do anything to gain.
