Origin[]
Ray Frank Gricar (1945, missing 2005, declared dead 2011) was an American Attorney who became a District Attorney (DA) until April 2005 when he vanished under mysterious circumstances. Rumors were that he had stumbled upon some information about the Columbia disaster and that's why he went missing. After a six year search his family petitioned him to be declared legally dead and it went through. A few weeks later a man resembling Gricar was arrested for a misdemeanor charge. Although the John Doe resembled Gricar, even having an Alma mater pin from the same university Gricar was from, the fingerprints didn't match and they let him go. Whoever the man was disappeared once again.
Effects[]
While wearing the Dayton University Alma mater pin the user's fingerprints will change to ones not located in any database. Wearing the pin for over a week permanently removes one's fingerprints so that they are just smooth pads.
