Origin[]
Pope Leo XIII was the oldest pope, reigning until 93 and having the third longest pontificate. He is well known for his intellectualism, the development of social teachings with his famous papal encyclical Rerum novarum and his attempts to define the position of the Catholic Church with regard to modern thinking. Leo XIII issued a record of eleven Papal encyclicals on the rosary earning him the title as the "Rosary Pope".
Effects[]
Can summon the dead but not resurrect them. They reappear as an ethereal spirit-like figure, formed by light refraction and held together with dust particles. They will take the typical appearance the user would expect to see. Each summoned person well behave as they did in life, but be unable to lie or use deception.
