Origin

Gaius Plinius Secundus (23 - 79 AD) better known as Pliny the Elder was a Roman author, naturalist and natural philosopher as well as a naval commander of the early Roman Empire. Pliny spent his spare time studying, writing or investigating natural and geographical phenomena in the field. Discovering earthquakes he proclaimed them to be underground thunderstorms. During his time studying he lived in the city of Herculaneum, researching Mount Vesuvius and mapping underwater earthquakes with sea charts, with his cousin and had determined that it was going to erupt a few days before it did. While attempting to get his cousin and his family off the island the Mountain erupted destroying both Herculaneum and Pompeii.

Effects

Touching a spot on the map will cause a centralized earthquake to start. Ends after hand is removed from map.
