Origin[]
Pinto Colvig was the original actor that played Bozo the Clown as well as various voices for some of the original Disney cartoons, including Goofy and two of Snow White’s seven dwarves. A lifelong smoker, he was heavily involved in placing the first safety labels on cigarette packages.
Effects[]
The shoes seemed to be specially balanced which will allow someone to easily catch themselves in a graceful, albeit humorous, manner from any fall. The nose allows someone to alter their voice in any way of their choosing effectively making them sound like anyone or anything. Prolonged usage of either artifact will develop heavy smoking habits and accelerated side effects from the habit.
