Origins[]

Pink Floyd was an English rock band known for their unique brand of music. It included experimental live shows and philosophical song lyrics. Its four original members were students Syd Barrett, Nick Mason, Roger Waters and Richard Wright. David Gilmour joined in 1967, while Barrett left in 1968 because of declining mental health.

Another Brick in the Wall is a triad of songs with the same theme set under their eleventh album, The Wall. Roger Walters wrote all three songs, with Part II as a protest against British boarding schools. Part II has become a very popular song and has a spot in the top 500 songs of all time.

Effects[]

When listened to, it increases a child’s or teen’s fight or flight response. This causes them to rebel against any authoritative figure that stands in their way from doing whatever they want. However, this can be quelled by having someone they love talk to them in a non-order giving manner. Also, it was noticed that playing the tape backwards to the afflicted caused them to stop whatever they were doing and go away. It has been tested on adults, with all results coming back as negative.
