Origin[]
Phar Lap was a Thoroughbred racing horse during the Great Depression that captured the public’s interest. He won 23 different weight for age races in his native New Zealand and the Agua Caliente Handicap in Mexico. When he suddenly and mysteriously died in 1932, he was the third highest stakes-winner in the world.
Effects[]
When worn, it focuses all of a person’s energy into performing one goal to maximum efficiency. This occurs by shutting out all stimuli not relating to the task at hand, where the person can riskily walk into a dangerous situation.
