Opening the clock egg allows user to stop time in the surrounding area, after prolonged use, the user become infatuated with time, so much that the user will become insane from keeping time.

The artifact was collected by the stable boy, Igor Tverdislavsky, after a couple of thieves used the artifact at a wealthy aristocratic party. This was his first artifact collected and ultimatly his ticket into the Warehouse as he was hired soon after as Agent.
