Origin[]
This broom was owned by Paul Dukas, composer of The Sorcerer's Apprentice. This broom was inspired by Walt Disney's cartoon in Fantasia where his famous cartoon star, Mickey Mouse, animates a broom to fill a water well. Naturally, things don't go according to plan, and the broom starts having a free will, requiring the intervention of a magician named Yen Sid (which is Disney backwards) to stop things from going out of control.
Effects[]
When held, the broom allows the owner to animate an item and make it do the task for which it was designed to do. However, if the broom is held for too long, the item will not be able to stop doing its task and develop a free will, requiring both the item and the broom to be neutralized.
