Artie believes that someone may have been in a situation where they wanted to keep someone out so badly, that the charm was given the ability to achieve what they wanted.
Today[]
Artie had collected the charm after coming across a case where a SWAT team could not get through a doorway during a raid, despite the fact that the door was made of wood, allowing those they were after to get away. So after some searching and watching the people who escaped the police, he noticed they used the charm when they were using a new hideout. He managed to sneak in, grabbed the charm and called the police on them after leaving.
