Origins unknown, but is thought to be responsibe for the expression 'red herring' to refer to an intentionally misleading statement or clue.
It was seen briefly in the canned food aisle in the season two episode "Merge With Caution".
Effects[]
The can by itself, with or without fish, makes the user lie and make up stuff whenever they communicate with another person. The fish, however, are even more potent, and things can quickly turn from white lies to a crime scene. For safety precautions, the can is literally buried in the shelf, thanks to the Lenape Cloak.
