Origin[]
Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. was a medical reformer and poet who helped preserve the USS Constitution and convince doctors they carried puerperal fever to patients. In the 1860s Holmes invented the stereoscope, a device to view images in 3-D.
Effects[]
Placing a picture of any place in the world on it and then looking through it teleports the user to that place in the picture. It will not return the user to their starting location, even if the user has a picture of it.
It is currently being tested to see if digital photos on a camera or screen will activate it.
