Based upon the side-effect of this artifact, it is speculated that it came from a hypochondriac, which is someone who is abnormally anxious about their health, or is convinced that they are sick.
Usage[]
The tissue box contains a never ending supply of plushy soft, aloe infused tissues. Unfortunately whomever uses the tissues will become a hypochondriac, convinced that are or will become sick.

This was one of several items recovered from a sting operation wherein the agents of the Warehouse caught a small-time smuggler attempting to auction off artifacts.
