Effects[]
When thrown overboard from a nautical vessel, the buoy acts like a beacon to the ship it came from. If the ship is left unanchored it will slowly make its way back to the buoy until the bow touches it. The further the ship moves from the buoy, the worse the surrounding weather will become, ultimately reaching typhoon level.
