Origins[]

Murray Becker was a very forgetful photojournalist that constantly forgot his appointments and interviews. However, he was present with other photographers when the Hindenburg burst into flames over New Jersey. He recorded 15 shots of the entire disaster, and promptly began weeping on site after. Newspapers and broadcasts around the world used some of his exposures to confirm to the world the promising new way of travel had been utterly demolished.

Effects[]

When the bulb flashes, all who see the light have the last couple hours of their memory wiped. By moving the exposure dial, the user can control how many hours are actually wiped. Seeing the picture taken of them causes them to remember all they’ve forgotten. Artie periodically packs the camera in advance when he knows multiple people at a scene may have experienced an artifact and need to forget about the event.
