OriginEdit

Alfred Montague Woollaston (1879 - 1949) was a bodybuilder who with his brothers formed the stage act: The Montague Brothers and the earliest example of the Strongmen. Like many Strongman acts of their time the routine was to offer money to any audience member who could successfully copy their feats, no one ever could. One of his most impressive feats was allowing a motorized vehicle to drive up onto a platform that rested on top of Saldo while he remained in the "Tomb of Hercules" position (called Reverse Table Top in modern Yoga terms). Not only did he maintain the weight of the car but also the combined weight of six passengers.

EffectsEdit

Being the first man to successfully hold his own body weight above himself he managed the feat for eight minutes before collapsing from exhaustion. Rest and hydration helped him get better but he refused to discuss how a 5'5", 144 pound man could hold himself up as well as bench press 230 pounds. Agents discovered the secret was in his wrist band.
