Origin[edit | edit source]
Monarch butterflies (Danaus plexippus) perform annual migrations across North America. Beginning in September and October, they fly thousands from the north and west to wintering sites in Mexico and journey home around July. No individual butterfly makes the complete route, as multiple generations will be born on the trip back north.
Effects[edit | edit source]
Made in Santa Cruz to commemorate the annual migration of Monarch butterflies. Seems to have the ability to summon butterflies at will when worn. User's body becomes frail with each use.
