An odd water bottle of unknown brand and origin.
Effects[]
Drinking from the bottle will cause the drinker to experience mental fogginess for upwards of 6 hours. The bottle can refill on its own after use.
Collection[]
Collected from Kansas City, Missouri in May 2021 after reports of a teenager finding himself struggling to play sports came up. The school believed his water to be drugged, but a test sample came back negative. Agent Nielsen, accompanied by Agent White, went to retrieve the bottle before any more suspicion could be drawn to it.
