Mikhail Osipovich Britnev (1822–1889) was a Russian shipowner and shipbuilder, who created the first metal-hull icebreaker called Pilot, in 1864.

EffectEdit

Given to a sailor on the Piolt, the sailor wrote about his experiences on the ship and sent it back to Mikhail. When read, a loud ships horn can be heard and the air temperature beacomes about 20-30° F.

Trivia Edit

  • Was used at Bri & Tyler's wedding to make sure that their ice sculpture stayed frozen, much to Artie's disdain
