Sorry I'd didn't want to upset you even further from our last conversation so I'd add them in to the registry, but to be fair we did have a conversation about those two artifacts from a couple of days ago and you were already down with them.
also I'd finally come up with the downside for the Fly-by-night Flower instead of transforming inoccent beings into magical creatures, how about this instead that it will only last for a night for its magic.
I've noticed that you've been going through artifacts and adding categories, specifically to those for the Origin Circle. I actually really appreciate that - it saves me a lot of time, especially when I don't know that those categories are there. So, as an extension of that, when you are done with the Origin Circle (I'm not sure how far along you are), would you mind going through some of the other sections and adding them, if they aren't already there?
I don't know that they will all be kept, but that is something that I am not looking at presently. So, the areas that have a category section are: Aisle of Noel, Ancient Archives, Clothing Rack, Council Chamber, Disney Vault, Film & Theater Wing, Fun and Games Section, Holiday Section, Music Corner, Nature Section, The Pet Carrier, Tragedy Annex, Trap Aisle, Urban Legend Sector, Valentine Aisle, and the Video Game Corridor.
As a note, I would add Holiday Section to all of the artifacts in both the Aisle of Noel and Valentine Aisle.
I thought we phased out categorizing artifacts based on their sections, because they have a while Section section in their infoboxes, AND list the artifacts on the Section page itself. It felt redundant.
At lesat I know why my infobox was suddenly flooded out of nowhere.
I figured it's easier to remove them later. I'm thinking about the best ways to re-arrange certain categories for Sections, but for now it is fine - I'm not sure precisely how I'm going about it, but this way it gets done.
Just an FYI, don't delete artifacts with the "Deletion" category in the future. The artifact was Per's creation, and if he wants to delete it, that is his decision. Same with the others - they simply haven't been deleted yet most of the time.
The God Tier Outfits are no longer part of our canon, so that page is in the Archived category. I simply am asking Per whether or not her wants to move this page to "Archived" instead of simply deleting it.
Also as a note, don't add any categories to those pages that are archived. You probably won't find any aside from the Outfits and possibly the Disks, but I removed their categories to make sure that they don't cross-over into our lore further.
Thank you very much Per, that's kind of you. I understand you must be wary about this, but we have to have some semblance of kindness.
Keep in mind Grif that I do go to school, so most of of the middle of the day i might not be around to help you with everything. If you have any questions, legitimate ones, let me know and I'll try my best to answer them. Keep in line and watch how we do things for a while, read some of our stories, review our artifacts.
Scalec wrote: Griff, your skillset on Team Fortress is not relevant in the slightest here. It's that kind of asinine commentary that has gotten you into this mess.
Oh I am Scalec
Then how do you not asinine the commentary?
You know, I couldn't say. I've never really known how one performs a verb from an adjective, let alone the specific instance of how one can "asinine the commentary."
Now if someone were to ask me how one can stop making asinine commentary, I know I stopped by paying attention and thinking about the situation and judging whether what I could contribute could positively impact conversation before saying anything.
Oh, I'm not kidding. I've been removing vandals from wikis for quite some time. A little gnat like you, Griff? You are nothing. And Garr, there actually IS a setting that'll make him shut up. In the meantime, someone should block him on the RP wiki as well.
How about this leave the message wall unblock so I can give you the info also can you unblock the pages because I am getting very nice comments here on this wiki except for Per Ankh who wants to eliminate me.
No you won't. I doubt you can. You've completly disregarded every piece of advice and, later, every rule and order we've thrown at you. You cannot be trusted and your comments on any page you find interesting are annoying at best and disruptive at worst. We gave you chances, you refused them.
Oh, that's cute. Banish me, the loyal admin, with a couple hundred honest contributions and a knack for taking down vandals before anybody wakes up... or you, the newb with horrid grammar and a lack of respect for the Admins or the rules even we obey.
And yet... you DON'T obey. Repeatedly we have told you to be silent! And you refuse to do so! You have shown us NO respect! It is the showing of our respect and loyalty, and the countless in-good-faith contributions that promoted just about every user on this wiki to Admin status!
As an Admin, I'd like to welcome you to our humble wiki. However, you may have come off on the wrong foot to a few other members. Typically, new people don't just randomly create or unnecessarily edit pages without either a good reason (fixing a grammar problem, for example) or after getting permission and letting us get to know you first. While i appreciate you making the page for Slappy, we'll have to delete it and make it ourselves later since you copied and pasted the entire Wikipedia article for him. Which you should not ever do, word of advice.
Additionally, i understand that you might come from more lax wikis, but while we are fair (or at least i am), we are firm. We have rules on the main page that must be read, proper grammar is not enforced but highly recommended, and please be warned that two specific users (Per Ankh and Prof.Draco) do not take as kindly to new faces as i do, and may initially be annoyed by your first impression. However, they may (emphasis on MAY) warm up to you. Possibly. With them it isn't a guarantee with how admittedly jaded we've all become.
With that, thank you for finding our little neck of the woods, and on behalf of this wiki, i hope you have a nice day. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Er, can't say that i do. Not entirely sure what that is, unless you're referring to Pokemon fusions, in which case, I'm not the right person to ask and this might not be the best wiki for that. Per might know more Pokemon stuff than I do
Also, maybe ease up on the comments a bit? It's a bit overwhelming with how many you're making. Also, whatever picture you added to the Eyepiece, it looks to be from some anime, in which case we mostly don't use fictional objects except in certain cases.
Sorry about the rough welcome from Per, Griff. Easily spooked, dontcha know. We just have a hard time keeping up with the rapid comments, grammar we aren't used to, etc etc. Don't misonstrue his grumpiness as everyone else's, just try to tip toe on the eggshells when it comes to him.
An admin, banned for giving a warning to a new user? Unlikely. What a poor first impression you've made today. We have a very detailed rules page which you've either not found or ignored. A big part of it is grammar. Another part is the constant comments on pages. While I understand the desire to learn, trying to insert your ideas onto pages without consultation is frowned upon.
As is creating pages without asking, at least until we can trust you to do so without supervision. And we never take a whole page from wikipedia. Unless you're prepared to edit it significantly and add a decent amount of your own content.
Per, Garr, and myself are admins here and are not to be annoyed. We can and have in the past to various others, ban you for simply being irritating. Garr may be very welcoming, but Per and myself have been here too long to have it tampered with by someone who won't respect the work we've put into this. Choose your comments and edits wisely. aWith a first impression like this, it's going to take a very long time for either of us to warm up to you.
Do you really think it appropriate to do that when we're still very much on the fence about allowing you to remain? We don't just allow random RPs, especially ones that make no sense. We actually have a canon here, things don't happen just because a new person wants them to.
If you want a random RP with strangers, look elsewhere. We use our characters that have been carefully cultivated over several years. If you'd been more subtle with your introductions I may have invited you in, but it's quite clear you wouldn't fit with the world we've expanded upon.
(Also, as for that old RP, I don't know what apparently went wrong, i was never a part of those things back then. It was made in comments on a blog post, and it may not have been written well, I'm not sure.)
Yeah, they have a LOT of thought put into them. At least, we try. A good deal are unfinished, I'm the one who seems to finish stories the most (I've got some here and on a supplementary wiki if you care to read them, but the same rules about not starting random RPs apply. That one's hardly used except for a few people at random times).
