While no one knows the actual origin of the artifact, it is stated that Bill Finger was once in possession of this ring which lead him to creating the Green Lantern.
Today[edit | edit source]
It has been a occupant of the Warehouse for quite some time now, though Artie has had to tell Pete many times not to touch the ring once he (Pete) found out what the ability of the ring was and the history tied to it.
