Origin[]

Ma Jun was a Chinese mechanical engineer and government official during the Three Kingdoms era of China.

His most notable invention was that of the south-pointing chariot, a directional compass vehicle which actually had no magnetic function, but was operated by use of differential gears.

Effects[]

This Chariot works as a kinetic energy generator that has the ability to convert the energy generated into electromagnetic energy which can be run into a usable current.

However, the Chariot also causes small bursts of the electromagnetic energy to escape and disrupt any electrical equipment in the area and permanently short circuits the devices. If ever used, a damping field is required.

Collection[]

This artifact was originally found by Subhas Chandra Bose and was in his cache of artifacts. It was collected by agent Adam Jennings on August 24th, 1945.
