Origin[edit | edit source]
MC Hammer dominated the charts with his hip-hop single "Can't Touch This". His signature parachute pants and Hammer dance were everywhere in the early 90's. However, due to poor investments and a rapid decline in popularity due to overexposure, MC Hammer lost everything, losing his house and declaring bankruptcy.
Usage[edit | edit source]
When the user wears the pants and says the phrase, "Can't Touch This", the wearer will be blessed with temporary fame and fortune beyond his/her wildest dreams. However, the effect comes with a downside. Shortly after the wearer has reached the pinnacle of popularity, the effect will reverse, causing instant unpopularity and poverty.
Collection[edit | edit source]
Artie bought the pants from an auction MC Hammer held at his estate to gather enough money for his doomed TV career.
