Meyrick Edward Clifton James (1898-May 8, 1963) was an actor and soldier, notable for his resemblance to Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery. This was used by British intelligence as part of a deception campaign during World War II.
Effect[edit | edit source]
When any part of the unifrom is worn (cap, jacket, shirt, pants or boots), the user can look like anyone they want. The clothes will change in appearance too. The user will be compelled to trick people with the effect.
