Origin[]
Originally owned by the British manufacturing chemist and amateur meteorologist, Luke Howard contributed to the science of the nomenclature system for clouds by giving them names for each distinctive type.
Effects[]
Has the power to create rain clouds when water is expelled out of the glass and up into the air, could lead to thunderstorms if used more then once.
Placing an ice cube inside the glass and then throwing it creates snowing clouds.
Placing any other liquid then water inside the glass has a interesting effect when thrown. The rain cloud turns into a thick 'pea soup' smog that can suffocate anyone around it, if the area is not properly ventilated.
Collection[]
Collected by Albert Mathison on June 12th, 1880. Sometimes kept in Artie's office and usually stored in the intersection of Sedelma 2299A and Ferris 9729K.
