Origin[]
Luis Alfredo Garavito Cubillos (1956 - ) was a Colombian rapist and serial killer known as La Bestia ("The Beast"). In 1999, he admitted to the rape, torture and murder of One hundred and forty seven young boys. In prison he drew maps of the locations of the bodies which totalled to around three hundred victims. The media described him as 'The World's Worst Serial Killer".
Cubillos would often approach young boys and lure them away by bribing them with gifts of money, candy or work. After gaining the trust of the young boy he would walk with them for long distances until the boy grew tired and vulnerable, so they were easy to handle. After binding their hands he would torture, rape and something decapitate the victims. One horrible MO that was discovered was that after the child died Cubillos would remove their genitals and placed them into the victim's mouths. Cubillos was sentenced to one thousand eight hundred and fifty three years, and nine days.
