Louis Daguerre was a French artist and photographer, recognized for his invention of the daguerreotype process of photography. He became known as one of the fathers of photography.

EffectsEdit

Whatever the camera shoots a picture of is unable to move until another picture is taken of the same object or person. People still retain their conscience, but they are unable to move their body. Moving objects are frozen (i.e. a speeding train will be stuck in place).
