OriginEdit

The Lockheed SR-71 "Blackbird" is a long-range, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance aircraft. It was developed as a black project for the United States Air force. During aerial reconnaissance missions the Blackbird operated at high-speeds and altitudes to allow it to out-race threats. It is designed to accelerate and out-maneuver any surface-to-air missiles launched at it.

However, there was one outing where it was being escorted home by a pair of Chengdu when several missiles were fired at the envoy. The Chengdu weren't the targets, but as soon as the missiles were close they suddenly turned and went after the smaller planes. The pilots were forced to eject and survived as both of their planes were destroyed.

EffectsEdit

Pulses out a signal that causes locked on missiles to be redirected to any other aircraft in the area. Occurs when missiles get within twenty feet (more testing needed).
