Li Zicheng started as a shepherd but then became a general of the peasant rebel army during the Ming Dynasty. He was considered a hero to the common people. A legend has it that once when he was chained and shackled for failure to pay taxes a large mob of his friends came to his rescue and made him their leader in their rebellion.
Usage[edit | edit source]
When worn by someone in danger, the shackles will summon friendly aid to free him/her.
Collection[edit | edit source]
This artifact was originally found by Subhas Chandra Bose during World War 2. It was collected by agent Sam Wyatt, along with the other numerous artifacts that Bose had gathered for the Axis Powers. Bose is now in the Bronze sector.
